We're searching for a Melbourne-based Analyst, Pre-Sales Solution Advisory to join our Pre-Sales Solution Advisory team, so that we can deliver engaging software demonstrations and tailored technical responses to prospective healthcare clients. The Analyst, Pre-Sales Solution Advisory will support the creation of persuasive bid documents, prepare demonstration materials, and assist with client solution proposals to strengthen our competitive positioning in the healthcare technology marketplace.

 

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Coordinating with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver impactful software demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Preparing and presenting clear, persuasive technical information to diverse client audiences, adapting your style as required
  • Gathering and analysing client requirements to construct tailored technical responses for sales bids and proposals
  • Developing and updating demonstration scripts, technical guides, and supporting collateral for client-facing engagements
  • Researching product capability matrices and tracking competitor offerings to support solution positioning and inform product development
  • Supporting on-site data gathering, client interviews, and project reporting during assessment consultancy projects

 

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  •  Demonstrated ability to provide compelling and engaging software presentations
  • Proven success in assessing customer requirements and aligning RLDatix products with those requirements
  • In-depth knowledge on how to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely, creating structured technical summaries and supporting team presentations
  • Experience developing tailored technical proposals and product comparisons based on client needs and operational challenges
  • Working knowledge of healthcare software solutions, with the ability to create technical guides and participate in live product demonstrations
  • Ability to commute to our Melbourne office 1 to 2 days a week, with travel as required
  • A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional teams
