Description and Requirements
Technical Skills

• Expertise in Power Platform tools:
  • Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud flows)
  • Power BI (Including DAX - Data Analysis Expressions)
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
  • M365 Copilot (Chat, Studio, Agent development)
  • SharePoint Site
• Working knowledge of VBA scripting, SQL, Python, Generative AI, Tableau, and RPA tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to deliver training sessions on automation and Power Platform tools.
• Strong analytical skills include capacity planning, effort estimation, FTE modeling, and predictive analysis.

Functional Requirements

• Experience: 4-7 years in Business Excellence / Process Improvement / Automation.
• Proven ability to identify process gaps and apply structured root cause analysis to deliver sustainable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and drive outcomes.
• Ability to plan, analyze, and drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to engage with senior leadership, business partners, and global stakeholders.

Process-Specific Skills

• Hands-on experience in creation of tools for:
  • Workflow automation
  • Data extraction and transformation
  • Development of Copilot agents and chatbots
  • Develop intuitive Power BI dashboards incorporating DAX-based calculations
• Ability to drive an efficiency-focused and high-performance work environment.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams with diverse requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence & Strategy

• Lead and implement business excellence initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across key operational functions (e.g., underwriting, claims, customer service).

2. Project Leadership

• Manage end-to-end cross-functional projects, including automation and transformation programs.
• Develop business cases, define KPIs, and ensure effective benefits realization and tracking.

3. Process Improvement

• Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Apply data-driven methodologies to implement optimized solutions.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

5. Team Development & Collaboration

• Mentor and coach team members on power tools.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive collaboration across functions to achieve business objectives.
