The Opportunity
The Portfolio Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable narratives that guide strategic decisions across the business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Growth Analytics, the role partners closely with marketing and cross-functional leaders to shape strategy, align teams around evidence-based insights and drive strategic outcomes for the business.
How you will contribute
  • Running monthly Portfolio Management Review (PMR) sessions, developing specific portfolio strategies, and presenting findings.

  • Sharing innovation learnings and performance insights with the lead team.

  • Leads (in partnership with portfolio leads) the development of portfolio strategy across all categories in ANZ (segments/brands).

  • Breaking down complex information into clear, actionable insights through effective storytelling.

  • Leveraging internal knowledge of the business to drive informed decision-making.

  • Lead and facilitate the annual brand planning process with the marketing team.

What you will bring
  • Proficient in data & analytics (Nielsen, Quantium is necessary).

  • Storytelling ability to turn insights into portfolio actions and must-win battles.

  • Strong Commercial acumen.

  • Openness to learn and growing in a highly collaborative environment.
