Are you ready to get the Easygo Edge?

Poker at Easygo is entering its next chapter and we're growing the team to drive it. As we expand our poker offering across new markets, we're after someone hungry, humble and quick on their feet to help shape it. If you know poker, happily live in a spreadsheet and want work that actually moves the dial, this is your seat at the table.

What you’ll build with us:
Setting cash game stakes and rake to keep a healthy poker ecology, you'll build tournament structures and schedules that maximise guaranteed prizes and minimise overlays. Expect to master the back-office systems that run the show, craft messages that reach players in the lobby and at the table and pitch new features to sharpen the offering as it grows across markets.

We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time opportunity at our Melbourne office. You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work.

Who is Easygo?
We’re a high-growth, high-velocity tech company with millions of eyeballs on us every day. We’re building the future of fearless tech.

We’re the creators behind some of the most popular brands including Stake, KICK and Easygo Games. While they command a fierce global following, our crew is employed directly by Easygo and that’s where the real fun happens.

We’re always looking for people who are hungry, humble and move fast. People who are ready to Unify, Disrupt and Evolve with us.

With us you’ll grow faster and go further. Your work has impact. And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Establish and review the cash game offering, including stakes and rake structure, to sustain a healthy poker ecology
  • Build and maintain tournament structures and schedules that maximise guaranteed prizes and minimise overlays
  • Master the tools of the trade, from back-office systems and Excel or Google Sheets to Slack and Jira
  • Review suspicious results to support the Security team in tackling cheaters and fraudsters
  • Set up messages for players at the table and in the poker lobby
  • Suggest new ideas and features to develop the offering, policies and security further

Your track record:

  • A strong interest in online and/or live poker
  • Familiarity with online poker tournaments and cash game features
  • Confidence with MS Office or Google Suite, especially Excel or Google Sheets
  • Fluency in English

Bonus points if you also have:

  • An understanding of poker ecology and data analysis
  • Knowledge of online sportsbook, casino and/or bingo
  • A good handle on cryptocurrency
  • Experience with Slack and Jira
  • Comfortable across global time zones when needed
  • Fluency in a Second Language

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
