Your role

You'll be a part of our Pitching & Proposals team, working in a pivotal role to ensure the integrity, quality and continuous improvement of our pitching data and infrastructure – empowering the firm to deliver outstanding, client-focused proposals.
 

As a Pitching Infrastructure Adviser, you will bring your technical expertise, alongside strong interpersonal skills to:

  • Oversee and maintain the quality of all data entered into PitchPoint (BigHand Pitching & Proposals), including regular audits and updates.

  • Lead process improvements and propose innovative solutions for data management, working closely with IT and the Pitching & Proposals team.

  • Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.

  • Manage user accounts and access levels to uphold security standards.

  • Support the team in project-managing tenders, client questionnaires, and directories, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Lead training sessions on Pitch Point for new and existing staff, maintaining firm-wide proficiency.

  • Share credentials and tenders information across the firm, including maintaining the tenders intranet site.

  • Assist with continuous data quality initiatives firm-wide as required.
     

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. Hybrid working (60% in the office) is how we work however flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you.

About you
 

You will have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in large-scale data management, supporting systems handling significant volumes of business data, and process improvement in a business development context.

  • Strong organisational skills, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate.

  • Interest in technology and innovation, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, information management, or a related field (preferred).

  • A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others.
