Job Description

Make a Real Difference – Physiotherapist at Greenslopes Private Hospital

An exciting casual opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our friendly Allied Health Team!

In this role, you will be responsible for provides services to a broad range of clinical caseloads across the hospital including adult inpatients in the acute wards, inpatient rehabilitation, and day rehabilitation. You will also have the opportunity to work within the outpatient clinic. Your key duties will be the planning, implementation and evaluation of physiotherapy treatment programs for clients in the relevant work areas.

Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport and deliver a high standard of customer-focused service in line with our Ramsay core values.

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent with AHPRA registration
  • The ability to apply clinical reasoning, sound judgement and complex decision making at an advanced level of practice
  • The ability to devise and evaluate evidence-based practice within assessment and treatment protocols
  • Open to candidates with 1-5 years clinical experience (hospital, outpatient, or community)
  • Demonstrated effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated high level time management and ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload
  • Previous experience working in an acute or rehabilitation hospital setting
  • Applicants must be flexible, team oriented and prepared to hit the ground running
