About the role:
As a Personal Assistant in RSM’s Corporate Tax Services division, you will provide high-level administrative support to three Partners and the broader team, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the division. This role offers variety and responsibility, from managing calendars and coordinating meetings to assisting with client billing, travel arrangements, and marketing activities.
Key responsibilities:
Organising meetings, including preparing agendas and supporting documentation, room bookings and invitations;
Managing team billing process, including processing client bills & debtor / WIP management
Assisting with tenders, proposals, reports and letters;
Utilising presentation tools including Microsoft Powerpoint and Jigsaw to develop diagrams and flowcharts for client reports and deliverables
Sorting, recording and delivering the team’s mail [move last]
General administration duties for Partners and the team, including electronic filing documents
Processing expenses for Partners
Coordinating travel and accommodation as required
Coordinating events, both internal and external and assist with marketing activities for the division;
Processing of new client applications
Managing Partner calendars and email
About you:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. If you're someone who takes initiative, enjoys supporting senior leaders, and values being part of a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.
The successful applicant will have:
3 years previous experience in a similar role
Professional services experience (desirable)
Experience in reporting to and managing multiple stakeholders
Advanced MS Office skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with an aptitude in dealing with client
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Education requirements:
Completion of Secondary Education
Certificate in Business Administration (or equivalent)
