About the unit


Marketing Unit creates a strong online presence and differentiate NV's services in a competitive market. The Unit develops a clear brand message that emphasizes the company's unique value proposition, whether it's reliability, speed, or eco-friendly practices. This message is reflected across all marketing materials and customer interactions.They use digital tools to nurture leads and build trust with potential customers. This might involve email marketing campaigns with personalized offers, engaging social media content that sparks conversation, or even online customer reviews and testimonials.



Job Responsibilities:


The Performance Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead/Head of Marketing to develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for 360 digital campaign management—from developing data-driven strategies and execution to performance tracking and continuous optimization of brand awareness, lead generation, and other marketing campaigns across various digital channels. 

Main Duties

  • Develop, and implement paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and optimize & adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs and maximize ROI
  • Utilize data analytics tool to track KPIs and generate regular performance reports
  • Collaborate with the brand team to develop data-driven, best-in-class creative assets that align with marketing objectives and resonate with target audiences on digital
  • Identify latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Qualifications

  • Agility, able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment.
  • A self-starter, proactive and hands-on approach
  • A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Adept multitasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
  • With a relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and a creative thinker. 
  • Proficient in FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and other Digital Ads platform
