The Team
The People Team is responsible for maximising employee value through talent acquisition, employee onboarding, management and experience. They are the force behind driving employee engagement and a strong company culture at Deputy, empowering Deputies to do the best work of their lives in support of shift workplaces.
The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Operations Automations Contractor for a 3 month term. You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function by developing HR Dashboard for our Business Partners and driving the automatic of the metrics dashboard. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and People Experience, strong grasp of our HR Tech stack, and People Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated people analytics dashboards for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify key metrics and reporting requirements.
- Automate data extraction and reporting from HR systems, including Rippling.
- Leverage existing company-wide dashboard templates and refine them for specific Quarterly Business Review needs.
- Provide data insights to support HR Business Partners in their presentations to Senior Leadership teams.
- Explore and integrate AI capabilities from HR tools for enhanced analytics.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in building and automating data dashboards, specifically within HR or People Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in data extraction from various HR systems.
- Expertise in data visualization tools and advanced spreadsheet functions.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, particularly Rippling, Lattice & Lever.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
