The Role

As the Senior Director of Brand Strategy and Digital Experience, you will shape and execute the company’s brand and digital strategies. This key role supports all go-to-market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Customer Success (CS), Services, Partnerships, and Marketing, ensuring a unified and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints. You will oversee Brand, Creative Services, Content, Social, and Web teams, collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.

This role requires you to be:

Strategist: Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term brand framework that aligns with business objectives and positions the company for continued expansion.
Evangelist: Educate the company on the significance of the brand, its impact on business success, and how every interaction contributes to brand identity.
Performance Leader: Establish and track a measurement strategy that assesses brand performance and the ROI of brand initiatives and investments.
Visionary: Own brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistent and aligned integrated marketing programs across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a long-term brand strategy that aligns with business goals, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and teams.
  • Serve as a brand evangelist, educating internal teams on the importance of brand in driving business results and creating a unified brand identity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Partnerships to craft integrated strategies and campaigns that support the brand vision and market positioning.
  • Lead and inspire creative teams by providing insight-rich briefs that inform impactful, high-quality campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
  • Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of content strategies to enhance brand awareness, including content creation, SEO, and web analytics.
  • Lead and refine the company’s social media strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across multiple platforms.
  • Own the website strategy, architecture, and design to ensure seamless user experience and alignment with brand messaging, driving conversions and engagement.
  • Measure and report on brand performance using data analytics, continuously refining strategies to demonstrate the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and external agency partnerships, ensuring ROI and marketing objectives are achieved within established timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in brand strategy, with a focus on the B2B technology or SaaS space.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex information into actionable insights that drive creative campaigns and business results.
  • Experience leading creative teams and collaborating with agencies to produce high-quality, insight-driven work aligned with brand strategy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of motivating diverse teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with expertise in using data and analytics to optimize strategies and demonstrate measurable business impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
