- In conjunction with the relevant PX Business Partner, you will contribute and support on an array of topics such as change management, investigations, organisational design, and providing reporting, analysis and insights.

- Work in partnership with the Learning Experience team to help identify opportunities to upskill our Xeros and build on our People Leadership capabilities.

- Identify and feedback opportunities for automation and self-service as we embark on a journey to empower our people leaders to take more ownership of the employee experience.

What you’ll bring with you

- Proven PX/HR Advisory experience, particularly Employment Relations experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills including consultation, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills.

- Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations within the business.

- Current and practical working knowledge of all employment-related legislation and application of PX/HR best practice.

- Practical knowledge and experience in creating and facilitating effective people processes.

- Strong stakeholder management experience.

- An appropriate HR qualification or relevant experience.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
