As the Partnerships Manager, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth within the Victorian and Tasmanian markets. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the National Head of Sales, you will leverage your existing industry knowledge and relationships to support and expand our partnerships.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Partnership Growth and Development: Cultivate and strengthen existing partnerships while proactively identifying and acquiring new partnerships to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders within our preferred retail networks to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic initiatives that drive mutual success.

Performance Management and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reporting to key partners, conduct regular face-to-face appointments to review performance, and identify engagement opportunities within your assigned territory.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met.

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.

Territory Management: Effectively manage your territory, prioritizing activities and maximizing your time to achieve optimal results.
Let’s talk about you

Minimum 3 years Travel Industry, Account Management, or Insurance Industry experience.

Strong network of relationships across travel agency consortia groups.

Exceptional sales acumen, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.

Ability to work in a hybrid model: work from home, on the road, and in the Melbourne hub.
