Salary: $90,000-$100,000

You'll identify and onboard new talent, build strong partner relationships, and help streamers hit their goals. Working closely with teams across Easygo, you'll develop and execute strategies that grow the platform and shape the future of KICK's content. The impact you’ll make:
  • Model great work across the Partnerships team and help build best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify, onboard and manage partners, and build account plans that support their goals and unlock growth.
  • Be the main point of contact for partners across programming, marketing and finance, covering content promotions, new user acquisition, payments and reporting.
  • Run the onboarding of new channel partners, including channel setup, content publishing, and training on the dashboard and CMS.
  • Build growth strategies for partners, track their account status in Kick's backend, and report on metrics to spot areas to improve.
  • Work with Product teams on new features (like Extensions and co-streaming) that grow partners' audiences, and surface sponsorship opportunities with Ad Sales.
  • Help the Partnerships Manager deliver projects that drive the team's growth and success.

Your track record:

  • 3+ years of proven experience building and managing partnerships, ideally in gaming, streaming or online entertainment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong partner relationships.
  • Experience onboarding and training partners on platform tools and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, analyse and optimise partner performance metrics.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans for partners that align with business objectives.
  • A proven ability to collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, sales) and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear, effective partner communication.
Bonus points if you also have:
  • Experience in the creator economy.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and user acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with streaming technologies and content creation tools.
