At Team Global Express, our Wholesale Partner - Sales team powers client satisfaction and growth. You’ll manage a $5- 6million portfolio of semi-strategic accounts, serving as the trusted virtual advisor who uncovers needs, proposes tailored logistics solutions and drives efficiency. Backed by Commercial Solutions, Pricing & Yield and Operations, you’ll conduct 60–80 proactive touchpoints monthly to negotiate renewals, cross-sells and upsells that deliver measurable cost-savings and service gains. What you’ll do
Cultivate relationships: Maintain a disciplined call cadence (60–80 touchpoints/month), uncovering client pain-points and positioning TGE’s solutions to deliver clear value.
Drive growth: Achieve 110–120 % of your annual sales quota through renewals, cross-sells and upsells - aiming for 10–15 % portfolio growth each year.
Collaborate & innovate: Partner with Commercial Solutions, Pricing & Yield and Operations to co-design proposals that optimize network efficiency and reduce client costs.
Negotiate & close: Lead virtual negotiations on rate reviews, contract amendments and service enhancements - securing agreements well before renewal deadlines.
Own your data: Keep Salesforce up to the minute—accurate forecasts, pipeline hygiene (3× coverage) and timely handovers to field teams.

What you’ll bring
Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Logistics, Sales or Marketing.
3–5 years’ inside-sales or partner-management experience, ideally in transport/logistics.
A track record of meeting 110 %+ quota attainment and 90 %+ renewal rates.
Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and basic sales analytics.
