The role

Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our group legal team on a permanent, full-time basis. This dynamic role supports our lawyers across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth in delivering high-quality legal services by managing documentation, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition to supporting with a diverse and complex range of work, you’ll also be responsible for managing the legal technology requirements of the team.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised and has a pro-active approach to their work. This role is based on-site in our Crown Melbourne property.

You'll be:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and correspondence including contract amendments, extensions, licences, and confidentiality agreements

  • Conducting legal research and monitoring legislative updates, preparing summaries for internal distribution

  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and case management records

  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of internal legal resources such as templates, playbooks, and process guides

  • Participating in legal process improvement initiatives, including automation, digitisation and standardisation of routine tasks

  • Liaising with clients, courts and external stakeholders as required

  • Providing administrative support to the legal team

You’ll bring:

  • A Certificate IV in Legal Services or equivalent qualification (or working towards)

  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities whilst remaining calm under pressure

  • High attention to detail and presentation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
