Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of application processes, ensuring that the systems operate efficiently and effectively to meet organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the configuration and support of packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements.
- Engage in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js, Spring Boot, Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development life cycle.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
