Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will engage with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Your role will require you to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure that the applications function seamlessly to meet organizational objectives. You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of application processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM, SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement necessary improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
