The role:
At Crown Resorts, we create elevated experiences — and it all starts with our people. We’re looking for a P&C Coordinator (permanent, full-time) to join our group People Services function, where you’ll be at the heart of a high-performing team that supports experience-oriented people activities across our Sydney, Melbourne and Perth properties.
This opportunity will be focussed on delivering our Employee Recognition Program, involving the coordination, administration and event management of Crown’s quarterly and annual Shine Awards, Service Milestones and Instant Thanks. This role will be coordinating various P&C initiatives including the Recognition Program; this is how we recognise, celebrate and reward those who go above and beyond and consistently live Crown’s values and our Critical Few Behaviours. You’ll also coordinate the implementation of other people and culture initiatives and employee engagement programs as required.

This role can be based in Melbourne or Perth.
You’ll be:
Assisting with event planning, preparation, admin, coordination and logistics across all properties
Data Management - Managing the Service Milestone Tracker, ensuring data is validated against Workday
Coordinate employee recognition programs, including award nomination processes, winner administration, gift card distribution, program reporting, and maintaining program resources and templates.
Support communications and stakeholder engagement
Responding to queries received in the Recognition inbox in a timely manner
Maintaining and updating information and documentation across the Recognition SharePoint and website
Supporting and guiding Recognitions Champions to drive program engagement and outcomes
Provide general guidance and advice to P&C teams and leaders on recognition processes, tools and frameworks
Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders within Crown, as well as managing external supplier relationships
Providing ad-hoc administrative, reporting and coordination support across P&C projects and programs as required
Support financial administration, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
You’ll bring:
Experience in a similar P&C or Events Administration / Coordinator role
A passion for service excellence, employee experience and team member recognition
Strong knowledge or curiously about Crown’s Recognition Program
High attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising on quality
Excellent communication, organisational, administration and stakeholder management skills
Ability to identify process improvements, problem solve and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Experience in event coordination, event management or similar is advantageous
Desire to expand your skills and develop your P&C experience and knowledge
