Are you a passionate leader who thrives in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for an OSHC Coordinator to take charge of our vibrant Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program!

In this role, you’ll lead a team of educators, create engaging learning experiences, and ensure a safe, nurturing space where children can grow and thrive

This permanent part-time role is mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday with additional paid admin hours each week.

Job Description

  • Leadership & Team Support – Lead, mentor, and manage OSHC Educators while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture

  • Child Safety & Well-being – Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children, implementing behaviour management and emergency protocols

  • Family & Community Engagement – Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and the wider community through communication and involvement initiatives

  • Compliance & Quality Improvement – Maintain regulatory compliance, manage budgets, oversee training, and drive continuous program improvement

Qualifications

  • Relevant Qualifications – Working towards or holding a relevant Diploma level qualification (ACECQA approved)

  • Essential Certifications – First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Child Protection Training (current or willing to obtain)

  • Leadership Experience – Ideally 2 years in an OSHC leadership role, with strong team management skills

  • Work Rights & Availability - ongoing permanent Australian work rights, and available to work at least 80% of shifts
