About your service: Cornish College, Bangholme.
Hourly Rate: $47.81 to $50.00 Per Hour + 12% Super.
Additional payment of $2.07 to $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.
- Days Required: Monday to Friday. Five days per week required.
- Before School Care: 7:00 am to 9:00 am.
- After School Care: 2:15 pm to 6:00 pm.
- Total Hours: 28 Hours and 45 minutes per week.
- Vacation Care: Up to 30 hours per week.
- Contract: Casual.
- Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
As our OSHC Service Coordinator you will:

- The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
- The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor’s, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
