About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Organisational Development Consultant to join our passionate team and provide a range of organisational psychology services to our valued clients. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by designing and delivering evidence-based training workshops, conducting psychosocial risk assessments, administering psychometric assessments, and supporting individuals and teams through coaching and supervision programs. You will also play a key role in implementing peer support programs and completing detailed reports, all while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within our Learning team.
The Day-to-Day
- Design and Deliver Training: You will create, deliver, and evaluate clinical-focused training, supervision, and coaching programs for individuals and groups, ensuring they are engaging, evidence-based, and effective.
- Consulting and Scoping Projects: Work closely with external clients, internal account managers, and facilitators to scope and deliver workplace wellbeing and learning projects tailored to the client’s needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Customer Success and Account Managers to promote programs, ensuring the delivery of best-practice content and achieving high-quality feedback from clients.
- Psychosocial Risk Assessments & Culture Reviews: Conduct assessments and reviews to gain insights into organisational culture and wellbeing, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Psychometric Assessments: Administer psychometric tools to assist in understanding team dynamics and individual capabilities.
- Coaching & Supervision: Offer individual and group coaching and supervision, supporting personal and professional growth.
- Peer Support Programs: Implement and support specialist peer support programs within client organisations.
- Reporting: Compile and deliver detailed reports on program outcomes, training evaluations, and client feedback, ensuring continuous quality improvement.
About You
- Experience & Expertise: You have proven experience in the mental health or psychological health and wellbeing sectors, with a background in organisational psychology or a similar field.
- Qualifications: You are a fully registered Psychologist or Social Worker with AHPRA (preferred), and you may also hold a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and/or Coaching Accreditation (desirable but not essential).
- Consulting & Client Focused: You have a strong consulting background, with experience in external consulting and working closely with clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Training & Content Design: You bring experience in developing and designing evidence-based training content that caters to diverse learning styles and audiences.
- Public Speaking & Facilitation: Your exceptional public speaking skills and confidence in group facilitation allow you to effectively engage with diverse audiences and create impactful learning experiences.
- Evaluation & Insights: You are skilled at evaluating training courses and programs, using feedback and data to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Contemporary Techniques: You have a deep knowledge of contemporary training techniques and a passion for delivering best-in-class learning solutions.
