The Job: 
As an Order Planner, you will be part of our Operations team working onsite at our Keysborough Distribution Centre. This is the perfect role that could build your skills for progression into a management role within the Distribution team
 

The focus of your role will include:

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day release of the set order run times for all order divisions.
  • Controlling all Order Planner admin functions including emails, liaising with customer service, commercial and DC management.
  • Managing and maintaining the Export process from order releasing to dispatch.
  • Ensuring a high level of effective departmental planning.
  • Supporting other functions within the admin team to include DC Support.

You also have:  

  • Previous experience using a warehouse management system
  • The ability and confidence to present to groups of people during meetings
  • Experience with Microsoft Work & Excel
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to work unsupervised
  • The availability to commit to working the AM shift (5:30am start)
  • An interest in career progression to a Supervisor is highly encouraged
