The Job:
As an Order Planner, you will be part of our Operations team working onsite at our Keysborough Distribution Centre. This is the perfect role that could build your skills for progression into a management role within the Distribution team
The focus of your role will include:
- Responsibility for the day-to-day release of the set order run times for all order divisions.
- Controlling all Order Planner admin functions including emails, liaising with customer service, commercial and DC management.
- Managing and maintaining the Export process from order releasing to dispatch.
- Ensuring a high level of effective departmental planning.
- Supporting other functions within the admin team to include DC Support.

You also have:
- Previous experience using a warehouse management system
- The ability and confidence to present to groups of people during meetings
- Experience with Microsoft Work & Excel
- The ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to work unsupervised
- The availability to commit to working the AM shift (5:30am start)
- An interest in career progression to a Supervisor is highly encouraged
