Operations Support - Project Assistant

Location: Hybrid – Sydney NSW / Melbourne VIC

Type: Permanent full time

IQVIA ANZ is one of Australia’s leading and largest healthcare market research providers. We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support team member to join our Integrated Research team.

As a member of the Operations Support team, you will be instrumental in assisting our fieldwork managers collect data from Health Care Professionals (HCPs). Your main responsibility will be to support project management efforts by optimising the use of internal technologies (including survey software, CRMs, payment gateways), ensuring we meet client targets.

Additionally, there will be ongoing administrative tasks you’ll be required to perform in order to ensure HCPs continue to be engaged. This may include answering emails, making phone calls, or paying HCPs for the work they’ve undertaken.

Essential functions

  • Support the data collection efforts of the fieldwork team
  • Set-up, test, and launch surveys
  • Maximise the use of technology in order to reach client outcomes;
  • Generate project reports (using a combination of Excel and dashboarding tools);
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and pharmacovigilance requirements.

Qualifications and required skills

  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Word and Excel skills (technical skills in Python, SPSS, PowerBI, SQL, or Tableau is highly desirable though not essential);
  • Demonstrated experience assisting project managers to reach project outcomes;
  • Ability to manage own workload with minimal guidance;
  • Demonstrated experience working autonomously and within a team;
  • Permanent working/resident rights in Australia (PR or Citizen).
