The Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day execution of supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This role is responsible for ensuring operational accuracy, system integrity, and effective coordination across internal teams, 3PL providers, logistics partners, and vendors. 

Working across multiple systems (including ERP/WMS platforms such as Cin7 Core, Mainchain, and Red Prairie), the role plays a critical part in maintaining data accuracy, resolving operational issues, and supporting the flow of goods through the supply chain. 

This role is critical in enabling reliable product availability, supporting service levels, and delivering seamless customer experience across ANZ. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the day-to-day execution of outbound supply chain operations across ANZ 

  • Review and manage outbound orders to support fulfilment execution across ANZ, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to maintain service levels 

  • Support Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, including order readiness, system setup, and coordination with internal teams and 3PL providers 

  • Investigate and resolve transport enquiries in coordination with internal stakeholders, 3PLs and external logistics partners 

  • Coordinate ongoing value-added services (VAS) requirements and rework within 3PLs, ensuring process adherence and accuracy 

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies across systems and operational activities, escalating where required 

  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy across ERP and warehouse management systems, including order, inventory, and shipment data 

  • Support operational workflows for returned inventory, ensuring alignment between system records and physical stock 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, data integrity, and operational efficiency 

 

Qualifications and Attributes: 

  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Cin7 or similar inventory/PO systems) and EDI will be advantageous 

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Executes defined processes with accuracy and consistency. 

  • Identifies issues and escalates or resolves within established frameworks. 

  • Builds effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Contributes to operational improvements and process optimization. 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external partners. 

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
