What you’ll build with us:
Shaping the operational project roadmap alongside the Operations Manager means owning plans, timelines and resourcing across multiple initiatives, while keeping regulated market projects compliant and audit ready. Risks surface early, post-implementation reviews stay sharp and progress remains visible through reporting cadences and steering forums, in partnership with Compliance and senior stakeholders.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of operational projects, from scoping through to measuring outcomes
  • Own project plans, timelines, dependencies and resourcing across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Shape the operational project roadmap alongside the Operations Manager, taking ownership of high-impact, cross-department initiatives
  • Act as delivery owner for regulated market projects, ensuring compliance and delivery standards are consistently met
  • Partner with Compliance and senior stakeholders to keep project outputs aligned with jurisdictional requirements
  • Manage, mentor and develop a team, allocating work and building capability across the group
  • Own project and process documentation, maintaining SOPs and delivery frameworks across regulated and non-regulated areas
  • Facilitate delivery governance rituals including project updates, reporting cadences and leadership check-ins
  • Serve as an escalation point for delivery risks, enabling faster and more effective decision-making
  • Support market expansion by preparing operations for new regulatory environments

Your track record:

  • Proven success delivering operational or business projects in a fast paced or complex environment
  • Strong experience developing and improving SOPs, frameworks and process documentation
  • Experience directly managing and developing team members, with the ability to scale people leadership capability
  • Track record of running multiple concurrent initiatives to time, scope and quality
  • Strong project management and change management skills, with familiarity across delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communicator capable of influencing at all levels, including senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial and operational acumen
  • Deep understanding of operational and project tools such as Confluence, Jira and Notion
