As an Operations Assistant, you’ll be working across our group of companies, providing critical support in data entry, administrative tasks, and operational coordination. This role offers a blend of office and remote work, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week. You’ll primarily be based at our Bundoora office, with occasional work from our Coburg office as needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Data Entry & Record Keeping – Accurately input, update, and maintain key business information.
- Processing Paperwork & Reports – Organise and manage documents, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible.
- Managing Databases & Spreadsheets – Keep records structured and error-free, ensuring seamless data management.
- General Administrative Support – Assist with emails, document preparation, and scheduling tasks.
- Operational Coordination – Help track workflows and support the team in staying on top of operational processes.
- Assisting with Business Acquisitions – Support due diligence, data collection, and document preparation for acquisitions and business transitions.
- Internal Communication – Liaise across departments to facilitate smooth business operations and acquisition processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong data entry and typing skills, with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail—you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything is correct and well-organized.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying proactive and solutions-focused.
- Tech-savviness, including familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and office software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to liaise effectively with different teams.
- A positive and adaptable mindset, ready to take on challenges and support business operations effectively.
- An interest in business growth and acquisitions, with a willingness to learn and support the process.
