As an Operations Analyst within the Cash, Fees and Reconciliations team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of cash and asset movements across a sophisticated client base.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash operations, including payments, receipts and liquidity across multi-currency accounts

  • Perform end-to-end cash and asset reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly

  • Process and oversee fees for assets under management with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness

  • Support funding activities and coordinate with external vendors and custodians

  • Investigate and resolve alerts relating to suspicious transactions

  • Maintain and enhance reconciliation control frameworks, escalating issues where required

  • Partner with advisers and internal stakeholders to support client trading and cash management activities

  • Ensure adherence to compliance, risk policies and regulatory requirements at all times

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in financial services operations, ideally within wealth or asset management

  • Strong understanding of Australian financial markets and investment operations

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to problem-solving

  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to manage shifting priorities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • A resilient team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment

  • Degree qualified in Finance, Business or Commerce (or similar)
