About the role

At Team Global Express, we’re powering Australia’s logistics network—and we’re looking for a sharp, driven Operational Success Partner to help us take it to the next level.

This role sits at the heart of our Palletised Express operations, where data meets execution. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how our network performs day-to-day identifying opportunities, solving complex operational challenges, and working side-by-side with frontline teams to deliver outstanding service.

What you’ll do

You’ll be the connector between data, people, and performance—driving operational excellence across our network by:

  • Analyse performance metrics to uncover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve service outcomes across the network.

  • Lead root cause investigations into service or operational issues and implement sustainable, data-driven solutions.

  • Build strong relationships with branch managers and operational leaders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and fast resolution of challenges on the ground

  • Own and deliver operational reporting, focusing on key service metrics like DIFOT, capacity utilisation, and efficiency improvements.

  • Collaborate with regional leaders, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and uplift performance standards.

  • Contribute operational insights to new business opportunities and support the successful rollout of transformation and improvement initiatives.
