Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail oriented and compassionate Oncology Pharmacist to join our clinical pharmacy team at Warringal Private Hospital. In this role, you will provide specialised pharmaceutical care to oncology patients. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care within a dynamic healthcare organisation.
About you;
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA Pharmacist Registration
- Oncology Pharmacy experience
- High level of computer literacy and dispensing software knowledge
Applicants must provide:
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
- National Police Check conducted within the last 12 months
