Job Description
- Manage the OHW team and support major ANZ projects, including capture planning and key market pursuits.
- Develop and implement OHW sector client strategies, prioritization, and hold Project Director roles on key projects.
- Collaborate with ANZ and global communities to secure key project opportunities and offer local solutions.
- Work with VSA Rail Group Lead on business growth, talent retention, and rail strategy execution.
- Support strategic growth of ANZ Rail business, facilitate strategy development, and enhance marketing/brand alignment.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership abilities, including technical leadership, team building, and motivation.
- Proven experience managing complex projects, meeting delivery requirements, and expertise in rail systems design.
- OHW design experience, including 25kV and 1500DC systems; experience with Light Rail and 750V DC systems.
- Skilled in preparing proposals, detailed tender submissions, negotiating contracts, and conducting technical reviews.
- Chartered status, relevant professional accreditations (RPEV, RPEQ), rail industry working card, and competency in MTM/QR design/approval advantageous.
