What will you be doing?

As the person in charge of the Melbourne office, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of its operation to ensure that it runs efficiently and smoothly. This includes supporting and maintaining our established working methods to promote a cohesive and productive work environment. Your role requires you to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of simultaneously managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Assist in planning and booking offsite company events
  • Assist in booking accommodation and flights for travelling staff members
  • Coordination of facility management requirements (handyman etc) and cultivate relationships with vendors
  • Supporting the Sydney Office Manager and organising couriers as required
  • Maintain office efficiency by maintaining the appearance of common areas, organising procedures, handling correspondence etc
  • Resolving allocated service request tickets in line with current SLAs
  • Managing the ordering of all catering, office supplies and staff amenities for the Melbourne office
  • Managing fire wardens and first aid offices in the Melbourne Office, including monthly contents check of the first aid kits
  • Supporting the AU Administration team for both internal and external webinars

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of office administration procedures
  • Clear, concise, and confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and people skills, flexibility, and multi-tasking ability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Customer centricity
  • Strong eye for detail
