Support the Coles 360 client with data analysis, reporting, and insights to drive growth and KPI achievement. Deliver insight-led solutions, create reports via PowerPoint or Synergy, manage account relationships, present campaign performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet revenue targets and ensure client success.

Provide data-driven consulting to FMCG clients: analyze scan and shopper panel data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, manage client accounts, drive revenue growth through consultative selling, and lead junior team members.

Support Emiri client deployments by bridging product support, UX, and development: investigate issues, triage root causes, configure and QA client models, coach commercial teams, test fixes, and communicate feedback to product. Use Jira/Confluence and apply NLP/ML knowledge to improve processes and user education.

Manage day-to-day Melbourne office operations: greet visitors, coordinate vendors and facilities, arrange travel and events, maintain supplies and common areas, resolve service tickets, manage safety checks, and support AU admin for webinars.
