Play a pivotal role in creating safe, seamless and memorable overnight experiences for our guests at Wyndham Hotel Melbourne. We are currently seeking a full time Night Manager, with shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

HOW YOU’LL SHINE

As the Night Manager, you’ll be the overnight leader on site, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service by:

  • Completing and submitting front office night reports

  • Conducting internal security walks to maintain a safe environment

  • Providing bar service on request (until midnight)

  • Delivering overnight room service to meet guest needs

  • Keeping conference rooms and lobby areas clean and welcoming

  • Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns

  • Processing invoices and purchase orders (POs) efficiently

  • Managing guest room allocations, reservation entries, and updates

  • You’ll be the reassuring presence that ensures our guests enjoy a safe and restful stay.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll be a confident and approachable hospitality professional with:

  • Previous experience in hotel operations, front office, or a similar supervisory role

  • A guest-centric mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • A calm and professional approach to resolving issues under pressure

  • The ability to work independently overnight

  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
