How you will make contributions that matter:
Join the dynamic PMO & Commercialisation team at Saputo Dairy Australia (SDA) and play a pivotal role in driving profit and growth! As a New Product & Development Advisor, you'll champion the Stage & Gate process, manage product lifecycle systems, and lead project management activities. Your expertise will support continuous improvement and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stage & Gate Process: Facilitate and execute the Stage & Gate process, manage the Accolade system, and support Portfolio Managers with reporting and continuous improvement.
- SAP Master Data Setup: Lead the setup and management of Master Data, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- System Management & Maintenance: Oversee Accolade, GS1, and artwork management systems, including budget management and technical support.
- Project Management: Lead commercialization projects, manage risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure project documentation and budget accuracy.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business or related field (desirable).
- Experience: 3-5 years in process ownership or project management, preferably in Dairy or FMCG.
- Expertise: Product or systems-related project management, Stage & Gate process, exceptional communication, and strong attention to detail.
