Network & Business Development Manager will be responsible for all related Network Development activities for dealerships in Australia & New Zealand. Those activities include recruitment, establishment, performance management and brand compliance reinforcement of INEOS Grenadier dealerships.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Execute and support the Grenadier Network and Sales strategy! It is expected to collaborate with the Dealer Network to implement our joint strategic vision.
  • Develop, evolve, and manage close working relationships with dealership staff & field teams.
  • Research, identify and build relationships with potential new dealer partners in key market areas.
  • Support the end-to-end process to identify, recruit, onboard and manage indirect market importers in the APAC region, working closing with APAC RBM / RAM responsible for Indirect Markets.
  • Establish business model and ways of working with dealer partners to achieve relevant KPIs through training, coaching and benchmarking. Challenge the status quo to obtain dealer operational excellence.
  • Provide support to the Head of Network Development on market data, market intelligence, dealer performance coaching, and dealer sentiment.
  • Keen understanding of global and local policies to drive network compliance and performance.
  • Audit dealers for compliance with Grenadier processes and standards and create action plans part of the performance management practice.
  • Detail oriented, ability to process data analysis, and good judgment.

What we are looking for:

  • Australian dealership and automotive franchise experience; automotive product launch or company start up experience. Proven history (5+ yrs) in working in an international business environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends within the industry and customer experience sentiment. IT literacy (presentations and office package) and commercial acumen. Process driven.
  • Collaborator. Ability to prioritize and work towards tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills. Self-motivation. Relationship building and communications skills. Negotiation skills.
