If you're passionate about data, technology operations, process improvement and stakeholder engagement, this is an opportunity to make a tangible impact within one of Australia's leading airline groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards, Power BI reports and monitoring solutions that provide clear visibility of Network and Voice service health, trends, performance, risk and compliance.
  • Analyse operational and service data to identify trends, improvement opportunities and optimisation initiatives, delivering KPI and executive reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop, administer and enhance PVT automation solutions and workflows, including identifying opportunities to automate manual activities and maintaining appropriate governance, documentation and support processes.
  • Provide governance and oversight across core ITSM processes, including Change Management, CAB support where required, CMDB data quality, configuration standards and regular audit activities.
  • Coordinate vulnerability, MBLC compliance and server patching governance activities, tracking remediation performance, patching success rates, ageing risk and compliance against agreed timeframes.
  • Manage day-to-day service delivery governance across internal teams and external vendors, monitoring service levels, operational targets, risks, issues and service improvement actions through to completion.
  • Review vendor SLAs, contractual obligations, exemptions and service exceptions, monitoring vendor performance and providing recommendations to improve service outcomes and governance maturity.

You'll Have

  • Experience in Network Operations, IT Service Management, Technology Operations, Service Delivery or a similar operational governance environment.
  • Strong Power BI, dashboard development, automation, reporting, data analysis and visualisation skills.
  • Sound understanding of ITSM processes, including Change Management, Configuration Management, service governance and operational reporting.
  • Experience supporting vulnerability management, server patching governance, compliance reporting or security control remediation activities.
  • Ability to work with CMDB data, service performance metrics, SLA reporting and operational risk information to produce meaningful insights.
  • Experience working with vendors, internal technology teams and stakeholders to drive service improvement and performance outcomes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
