NetSuite Analyst

We're looking for a NetSuite Analyst to support and optimise our NetSuite environment, driving system enhancements, process automation and continuous improvement across the business. Working closely with Finance, Sales and Supply Chain teams, you'll help translate business needs into scalable, efficient system solutions that improve the way we work.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong finance systems knowledge with process improvement and automation. You'll play a key role in enhancing business processes, supporting change initiatives and delivering technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and support Quad Lock's continued growth.

What You'll Do 💻

• Maintain, configure, and enhance NetSuite workflows, including Advanced Approvals and other custom business processes.

• Support and optimise operational and financial workflows within the NetSuite environment.

• Continuously research NetSuite updates, new modules, and system enhancements, and proactively recommend best-practice solutions to improve business processes and system efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and implement scalable system improvements.

• Assist in the optimisation of supply chain, inventory management, and manufacturing-related workflows and processes.

• Troubleshoot system issues, provide timely resolutions, and ensure continuity of critical business operations.

• Contribute to ongoing system stabilisation, process improvement, and enhancement initiatives across multiple business functions.

• Identify project dependencies, risks, issues, and change impacts, while proactively recommending mitigation strategies.

• Demonstrate strong expertise in finance process automation, including procure-to-pay (P2P), accounts payable, bank feeds, account reconciliation, fixed asset tracking, and financial controls.

• Develop and maintain advanced financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches to support operational and executive decision-making.

• Work within a global, multi-subsidiary and multi-currency NetSuite environment, including intercompany transactions and consolidations.

• Manage system configurations, user roles, permissions, workflows, and customisations while ensuring compliance with business policies and controls.

• Perform system testing, UAT coordination, and post-go-live support for new features, enhancements, and integrations.

• Monitor system performance and recommend best practices to improve scalability, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Provide end-user support, training, and guidance to ensure effective use of NetSuite functionalities across the organisation.

• Demonstrate a solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Bring 🤝

Previous work experience as a NetSuite Functional consultant
Previous experience with NetSuite is essential
Strong finance experience is essential
Previous experience in Technical Systems Analysis & Design Principles 
IT/Computer Science related qualification
Understanding of e-commerce, payroll, and cybersecurity fundamentals (desirable)
