Job Description

Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager – Leisure and Wholesale to drive revenue growth across our properties in Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic sales initiatives in the leisure market segment and wholesale distribution, working with leading travel partners and industry stakeholders.

About the Role

As National Sales Manager, you will:

  • Manage and grow national accounts, domestic and international wholesalers, inbound tour operators, and independent travel agencies.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and length of stay.
  • Represent Minor Hotels at trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
  • Source new business opportunities and strengthen partnerships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with revenue teams to optimize pricing and occupancy strategies.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Sales Manager or Business Development role within tourism or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused approach.
