Role Summary
We are seeking a robustly passionate and empowering sales leader who creates and drives business growth within dynamic businesses with the ability to make significant impact!
As the National Sales Enablement Manager, you will be at the forefront of supporting our Sales Leaders and teams ensuring they have access to the essential content, resources, tools, training, and metrics needed to effectively uplift sales and performance. This strategic role involves establishing strong partnerships with your internal Capricorn Business Partners, leveraging your expertise in sales, stakeholder relationships and data insights to not only drive new business, but grow existing portfolios to support driving our Field Sales Team to success.
What will you bring?
- Ability to understanding needs, problems, and opportunities of members and both create and manage large-scale sales campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business structures, with exceptional negotiating & collaboration skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with balanced commercial decision-making.
- Ability to interpret and utilize data insights to produce presentations for leaders & support their decision-making.
- An understanding of financial services, business structures and/or Member Co-op Principles.
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales and business development position
- Robust experience in large scale sales campaigns from inception to roll out/presentation
- Proven experience in customer service and dealing with senior management of medium and large organizations.
