Join Our Team as a National Sales Enablement Manager!

Role Summary

As the National Sales Enablement Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our partners have access to the essential content, resources, tools, training, and metrics needed to effectively differentiate and deliver our products and services under the Capricorn Society. Your strategic role will involve establishing strong partnerships between Suppliers and Members across Australia and New Zealand, leveraging your expertise in training and enablement methodologies to prepare our partners for success.

Knowledge and Skills

Customer-centric approach to understanding needs, problems, and opportunities.

Goal-oriented with experience in managing large-scale sales campaigns.

Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiating skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong customer service focus for both internal and external clients.

Understanding of financial services and business structures.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to interpret and utilize data insights for decision-making.

Balanced commercial decision-making skills.

Experience and Qualifications

10+ years in Sales and Business Development with experience in large-scale multi-channel sales programs.

Proven experience in customer service and dealing with senior management of medium and large organizations.

Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.

Desired: MBA from an accredited university, compelling presentation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, customer success obsession, and a bold passion for sales results.
