The National Business Manager oversees national AFH accounts, executing joint business plans, negotiating promotions, and managing profitability. They also expand customer lists and ensure contract compliance.

Summary
The National Business Manager is directly responsible for the account management of our national AFH Customer Accounts. They will focus on building the relationship between National Account Head Office & KraftHeinz, developing joint business and marketing plans.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 20 existing National Accounts
- Execute a J oint Business Plan with top 15 National Accounts that are integrated with Brand plans and deliver a benefit for the customer, consumer and Kraft Heinz
- Work with Nat ional Group Manager to meet with all National Distributor National Account managers
- Forecasting in IBP for National Accounts. Feeding info into ITP and AVM routines.
- CRM Salesforce reporting and integrity management.
- Negotiating and execute promotional program including deals, frequency, brochure support and media activation
- Ensure customer and portfolio profitability.
- Delivery key anchor customers for NPD launches.
- Data validation for all National Account claims. (work closely with Cat egory Dev elopment )
- Work on Tender submission s with the Account Executive as required .
- Ensure all accounts have in-date and vetted contracts.
- Ensure all R&Os are updated monthly.
- Provide regular business updates internally.
- LTO or main menu execution to provide Heinz visibility in market with AFH & Retail products at key milestones during the year.
- Hunt and delivery n e w business :
- Expand Customer list by 10 over a 12-month period.
- Grow annual LSV by a minimum of $5m AUD
- Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company's vision
About you
- Prior experience working in the foodservice industry managing national accounts
- Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline
- Strong negotiation skills and financial skills
- Demonstrated account management and/or category management knowledge and experience
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
