As a National Account Manager at KraftHeinz, you will be directly responsible for managing specified categories on the Coles Account, driving sales growth and achieving targets for Net Sales Value, Trade Investment, and Gross Return. Your key focus will be on building a strong relationship between Coles and KraftHeinz, developing and executing joint sales and marketing plans that benefit the consumer, category, and customer. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders within Coles, including Category Managers, Heads of Trade, Category Planning, and Demand teams, to drive business success.

Your key focus will be on building a strong relationship between Coles and KraftHeinz, developing and executing joint sales and marketing plans that benefit the consumer, category, and customer. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders within Coles, including Category Managers, Heads of Trade, Category Planning, and Demand teams, to drive business success.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve Sales & profit targets while managing D&A in line with targets
- Build Customer plans that are integrated with the Brand plans and deliver a benefit for the Consumer, Category, Customer and Kraft Heinz
- Deliver insight led category workshops and category reviews with Coles
- Optimise D&A investment for the greatest Gross Return ROI
- Negotiating promotional program including deals, frequency, display, catalogue support and retail media activation
- Executing tailored NPD launch plans
- Build and own the 12 - month forec ast based on scan trends and manage discrepancies with the Coles demand forecast
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
- Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company's vision
About you
- Demonstrated account management and/or category management knowledge and experience
- Availability to travel interstate regularly
- Strong negotiation skills and financial skills
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Prior FMCG experience with a national account customer
- Preferabl e to have experience working with Coles
