The Mobile/Full-Stack App Engineer will design and implement mobile features using React Native, manage app stability, and lead modernization efforts while collaborating with engineering squads.

We are looking for a Mobile/Full-Stack App Engineer to strengthen the App Squad and to lead modernization and performance initiatives for the Refurbed app.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Senior-level developer (7+ years experience, 3+ with React Native / Expo)
- Expert in TypeScript, React Native, and mobile architecture patterns
- Strong in native iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) for bridging
- Comfortable with CI/CD, OTA updates, analytics, and crash monitoring
- Collaborative, product-minded engineer with strong ownership and mentoring skills
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design, implement, and ship high-quality mobile features using React Native / Expo
- Manage push notifications, native modules, and SDK integrations (Bloomreach, Adjust, analytics)
- Ensure app stability, runtime performance, and navigation reliability
- Modernize the app’s architecture and home screen personalization
- Collaborate with other engineering squads for feature integration
- Drive feature flagging, remote config, and A/B testing pipelines
- Lead by example through mentorship, code reviews, and Expo best practices
