Job Description:

Are you passionate about helping injured workers achieve positive recovery and return-to-work outcomes? We're looking for an experienced Mobile Case Manager to work directly with injured workers, employers and treating health practitioners across Victoria, providing hands-on support throughout the claims journey.
 

This is a field-based role with a company vehicle provided, offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact by developing and implementing effective return-to-work strategies.
 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Meet with injured workers, employers and treating practitioners to support recovery and return-to-work goals

  • Develop and implement tailored case management and return-to-work plans

  • Facilitate clinical case conferences, claims reviews and stakeholder meetings

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive claim outcomes

  • Provide expert guidance on workers' compensation legislation and best-practice injury management

  • Work collaboratively with claims teams to ensure timely and sustainable recovery outcomes
     

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience within the Victorian Workers' Compensation Scheme, ideally in case management, return-to-work, injury management or occupational rehabilitation

  • Allied Health qualifications or experience in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Rehabilitation or a related discipline will be highly regarded

  • Strong understanding of workers' compensation legislation, injury management and return-to-work principles

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making capability

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

  • A proactive, resilient and customer-focused approach

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ACCtion and Novus preferred

  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence
