Metro Sales Manager

(Residential Building and leadership experience a MUST)

Sherridon Homes and Soho Living are part of the Mirrastone Group, one of the fastest-growing and most successful residential building companies in Australia. We are growing our footprint across Victoria because the value that we bring to the market is second to none!

We are now on the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of professional New Home Consultants and drive strong sales outcomes.

This role will lead consultants across both the Sherridon Homes and Soho Living brands, so experience in both detached and Medium Density will be highly regarded.

The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and mentor the sales team to maximise sales performance

  • Provide strong coaching and training capability, including recruiting and onboarding New Home Consultants

  • Build strong relationships with land developers and internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts and budgets

  • Maintain a customer-centric focus and ensure an industry-leading customer experience is achieved

  • Contribute to marketing and growth strategies

  • Demonstrate strong capability with CRM systems to drive sales outcomes
