Job DescriptionJoin us at Boronia and surrounding services, as an OSHC Mentor Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent, part-time role offers 30 hours per week. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: approx. 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and approx. 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role
As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:
- You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
- A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)

- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
