We are looking for the Senior Membership Operations Expert, who is responsible for designing and optimizing the membership benefit and tiered growth systems for the SEA market, with a highly logical and data-driven individual who can enhance user engagement and loyalty through innovative playstyles. Be proficient in internet user growth strategies and possess the ability to integrate online operations with offline retail scenarios to maximize customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Framework Design
Design and iterate membership tiers, growth value systems, and point incentive mechanisms to ensure a clear and attractive progression path for users.
Benefit Operations & Playstyles
Plan and implement diversified membership benefit playstyles, enhancing the perceived value of membership through differentiated privileges and campaign packaging.
User Growth & Lifecycle Management
Apply growth hacking mindsets to develop granular strategies for member acquisition, retention, repurchase, and churn prevention.
Data-Driven Operations
Establish a comprehensive data monitoring system and optimize the ROI of benefits through metric decomposition and A/B testing.
Market Localization & OMO
Adapt strategies to local SEA consumer habits and drive the integration of online benefits with offline retail store scenarios (OMO).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of operation experience in Internet companies, with a proven track record in designing membership or loyalty programs.
Exceptional logical thinking skills; able to deconstruct and solve complex problems in a structured manner.
Strongly data-driven and sensitive to metrics; proficient in using analytical tools to guide operational decisions.
Familiar with various user growth tactics and capable of independently planning and executing large-scale operational projects.
Experience in Product Operations is preferred; experience in Offline Retail (Supermarkets, Convenience stores, O2O) is a plus.
Familiar with the SEA market culture and consumer environment; excellent English communication skills are preferred.
Experience in designing or operating Paid Membership (Subscription) systems is a plus.
