What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for supporting the client (Coles 360) from a data, analysis, and reporting perspective. You will seek to understand the problems and challenges that the client is facing, as well as analysing and providing solutions to these problems. You will deliver growth and KPI objectives set for the Coles account through:

  • Providing valuable insights and commentary on supplier media activations that support business objectives
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Coles 360 team

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Create reports and share outputs with required Coles users either via PowerPoint or sharing on the Synergy platform (Circana Software)
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
  • Day to day account relationship management with the Coles 360 team
  • As required by Coles, present campaign performance in supplier-facing meetings in conjunction with the Coles Category and Sales team
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
  • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
  • Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
  • Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Management related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ work experience in FMCG, Retail or in a related agency role with a specific focus on media analytics
  • Understanding of retail media programs
  • An excellent understanding of analytical concepts related to media measurement, consumer segmentation, sales, and shopper/customer data
  • Exceptional client service consulting skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to influence and motivate others
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and plan effectively
