Your Role: Mechatronics Engineer:
You’ll be part of a team who are responsible for the design, development, and deployment of automation systems that enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability across our global processing plants.
What you will do:
- Design and optimize plant automation systems, layouts, and workflows
- Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement
- Lead integration of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, and control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Oversee system testing, commissioning, and performance tuning
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, ANSI, ISO)
- Travel internationally to support installations, upgrades, and training
What you Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics or Mechanical)
- 2+ years of experience in plant automation, industrial controls, or mechatronics
- Expertise in PLC/HMI programming and industrial control systems
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (2D/3D modeling, BOMs, assemblies)
- Experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- A problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for global collaboration
- Willingness to travel internationally and work hands-on in plant environments
