IN A NUTSHELL

Since Bellroy launched with a range of five wallets 13+ years ago, we’ve shipped carry goods to 172 countries from warehouses on 4 continents, sold out of 1200+ doorways and now release more than 50 new products a year. Our digital marketplace presence is growing and key to ensuring we reach customers across the world. This currently spans 18 platforms, including Amazon, Rakuten, and Iconic. As we continue to expand our reach through new platforms, we’re searching for a Junior Operations Coordinator to help streamline our processes and enable us to scale for growth.
In this newly created role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to optimise our operational efficiency across multiple digital marketplaces. Day-to-day activities will be focused on ensuring listings are accurate, inventory is available and monitoring our compliance with platform performance standards. Bring us your organised mind, love of spreadsheets and detail-oriented eye. In return, we’ll provide you with an inclusive culture to be a part of, a dynamic work environment and a world-class team to learn from.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU...

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in an operational role (experience with digital marketplaces and Amazon is a big plus). (If you're a recent graduate or don’t quite fit this requirement but the rest of these points fit you, please apply as we are open to different backgrounds)
  • Can navigate your way through new systems and are interested in understanding how marketplaces function
  • Are proactive and self-motivated, you take responsibility for the work you produce but also know when it’s time, or better to bring in others for their input
  • Don’t mind navigating through ambiguity and comfortable within an environment that is constantly evolving
  • Are driven to create and improve processes. You want to find better ways of doing things and would enjoy documenting these to ensure others can follow these with ease
  • Are exceptionally organised, with incredible attention to detail - you’re comfortable working in spreadsheets and enjoy working with numbers
  • Possess strong communication skills and want to work collaboratively in a team within a fast-paced, agile environment

IF YOU WERE HERE LAST MONTH, YOU MIGHT HAVE...

  • Conducted a weekly check on our Amazon Account Health, making sure our shipping performance, policy compliance and customer service performance meet our standards
  • Worked with the Digital Content Coordinator to create a process to set up our listings on a new marketplace in Singapore
  • Developed and implemented a process to monitor and remove unlicensed sellers across various marketplaces, to ensure optimal listing performance
  • Worked with our Data team to set-up alerts when listing price discrepancies occur and implemented a system to modify prices accordingly
  • Sat in on our bi-weekly Amazon Account catch-ups with our US Account Manager to review monthly sales, listing optimisation opportunities and upcoming platform enhancements/changes
  • Met with your manager for your weekly 1-1 and talked about something new you learned from this week
  • Joined our company All Eyes Meeting, and had a preview of new products we will be releasing soon

What We Do

Bellroy puts its heart, soul and countless design hours into helping the world carry with greater simplicity and ease. Every piece has been deeply considered to help you get the best of life’s little moments.

In the early 2000s, as slim tailoring became popular, bulky wallets couldn’t hide anymore. So, a team of product designers and creatives (who also happened to be friends) sat around a kitchen table in Bells Beach, Australia, to design a slim wallet with fewer layers of leather and better card positioning. The release of this product in 2010 signaled the birth of the Bellroy brand, and we’ve come a fair way since then...

We recognized pretty early on that we could use business as a force for good. So, as a certified B Corp, we constantly pursue better ways to source our leathers, reduce our impact on the environment and make sure our products last as long as possible.

Our range of carry goods has moved beyond pockets and includes solutions for your tech, work accessories and more – right down to the humble set of keys. Because as long as there are things to carry through our lives, we want to find better ways to store, protect and carry them.
